Valet was a real gem, making our arrival fab. Our Deluxe Double Room was beautifully done, with a relaxing atmosphere that made us feel like royalty!
But I must say, the rooftop pool seemed more like a parking lot—were they storing luggage or hosting a pool party? Not quite the blissful retreat I pictured!

perfect spot for weekend walks and exploring charleston's charm
We loved the hotel's proximity to both the charleston museum and joe riley waterfront park, making it easy to enjoy beautiful walks through charming neighborhoods and stunning park views during our stay, and as a family with children, the easy access to the children's museum of the lowcountry was a real bonus. however, the pool area felt a bit cramped for the number of guests.

I enjoyed my time with the family. We had a junior suite that gave us enough space for our little one. The TV had options for streaming, which was fun. Every morning, we went to the cafe for coffee and pastries, a perfect start to our day. The location made it easy to explore shops and restaurants nearby.
We encountered noisy streets on weekends. The hotel staff did not fulfill our request for a cot before our arrival, causing some inconvenience for our family.

Exceptional service and luxurious comfort
From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive, making us feel welcomed and valued. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, complete with a large soaking tub that offered a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. We enjoyed a delightful meal at the hotel's restaurant—the food was top-tier and service impeccable. However, the location could be a bit further from some attractions for those looking to explore on foot.
